  • Vendor Management
    • When a customer (distributor/manufacturer, etc.) places an order for a PO with a supplier, EUSU Logistics also receives the same information and our service begins.
  • Inland Transport / Delivery and Customs Clearance Service and Report
    • We monitor the delivery time of shipments for orders from suppliers after receiving manual POs via system I/F or standardized format and converting them into a leading database.
  • Advance Arrival and Departure and Exceptions Report
    • We compute the goal date of arrival based on the customer's manufacturing and sales plans, create a shipment plan, supervise the supplier's delivery, and notify the customer of any deviations.
    • We track and communicate in real time each detailed shipment item of a purchase order at all stages, such as receiving the product at the exporting location or the leading base, performing partial product inspection or additional work required for import/export, ship/air shipment, arrival, customs clearance at the importing point, and final delivery.
    • We provide pre-alert if a key event occurs, and when exceptions occur during production and shipment, we report on them and contact with customers in real time via EUSU local N/W.

    • We assist customers in identifying, adjusting, and reducing costs by collecting and analyzing various taxes such as unit price and customs fees, insurance, and overall end-to-end logistics costs through our PO management service.
