A. Range of Personal Information and Method for Collection
In order to provide our full range of services, we may collect the following types of information from our users through
following methods. EUSU Logistics does not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from anyone under the age
of 18.

B. Purpose of the Collection of Personal Information
EUSU Logistics only processes personal information for the purposes described below.

▶ Confirmation against various inquiries with identification, complaints and notices

C. Sharing/Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties
Based on our privacy policy, we do not share any personal information to a third party. However, EUSU Logistics may
share personal information outside of the company in the following limited circumstances:
▶ In cases, the user agrees to provide and disclose third parties in advance
▶ In cases, when the sharing is required by the laws
▶ In cases, it is extremely difficult to obtain normal consent for economic / technical reasons as personal information
necessary for the implementation of the contract on the provision of services
▶ In cases, the user usesit by processing it in a state that cannot be specified to identify an individual
D. Period of Retention and Use of Personal information
Once the information is collected and used for the desired purpose, information will be deleted within 2 month. However,
certain information will be saved for a certain amount of time and reason as stated below.

** If customers and internal staff request us to delete their personal data, EUSU Logistics will review the request and
delete the data within 1 month.
E. Procedure for Deleting Personal Information
Once the information is collected and used for the desired purpose, information will be deleted within 2 month. The
elimination procedure is as below.
▶ Personal information printed out on paper: destruction by shredder or incineration.
▶ Personal information stored electronically: deletion of personal records by a technical method by which they cannot be
reproduced.
F. Cookie Policy
EUSU Logistics may install and manage automated tools such as "cookies" that automatically gather, store, and find
information strictly necessary for Service. Cookies are very small text files that the server uses to operate the
Company's website and operating system are sent to the browser of customer, which are then stored in the customer’s
computer hard disk.

to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission

necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.
